Clients agree to provide accurate information, cooperate with our team, review deliverables promptly, maintain confidentiality, and pay all fees in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur interest. We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts past due.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for three years.
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Service during the twelve months preceding the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Site and Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIPIETRO LANDSCAPING, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with its terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for conduct violating these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Stark County, Ohio.
Neither party shall be liable for delays due to causes beyond reasonable control.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DIPIETRO LANDSCAPING, LLC regarding the use of the Site and Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
